- Ballots were mailed to each member’s home address.
- Voted ballots must be returned in the postage paid envelope provided with the ballots.
- Ballots not returned via U.S. Mail in the return envelope provided will not be counted.
- Ballots will be counted on Friday, August 28, 2009.
If you do not receive a ballot, please contact a member of the Election Committee. Requests for replacement ballots will not be accepted from anyone except the member needing the ballot.

Nominations for the offices of Vice President, Chief Area Rep, Communications Officer and one (1) Trustee opened at the 2:00 p.m. Monthly Membership meeting on June 9, 2009. Nominations will close at the end of the 5:15 p.m. Monthly Membership meeting on July 14, 2009.
